Windows 10 Activation, error code: 0xC004F211

Hello,
After changing my motherboard, I didn’t reinstall Windows and directly uninstalled and reinstalled the required drivers...
Everything works well but I’m not connected to Windows... So I tried to find my old key to connect because my old key was not linked to my Microsoft account... This led to nothing.
I then bought one on Rakuten for 2 euros...
Once received, I entered it in "Change Product Key" and a product ID appeared. (see attachment)

But there is still this error code problem: 0xC004F211
Note that even before entering the product key, the problem was present.

Do you have any solutions?
