Hello,
I have a T95H TV box that I would like to connect to an ACER K222HQL monitor
I have connected my box to the monitor with an HDMI to VGA cable
I have nothing on the screen except the message that there is no cable connected
On the monitor, when I turn on the screen and the box, VGA lights up, then VDI, then automatic mode and nothing happens
Is it a cable problem?
Thank you

Hello
"then VDI, then automatic mode": or DVI? DVI is a computer connection for screens equipped with this connector.

"I connected my box to the monitor with an HDMI to VGA cable": it won't work because your box sends a TNT signal and your screen is not equipped with a TNT tuner. It's a computer screen that only receives Display signals.
Best regards!

Good evening,
thank you, that's exactly what I had in mind except I've seen online that some did it....directly from the TV box to the monitor...is there some sort of converter involved?
thank you

"Isn't there a story about a converter?": Yes, but in your case, what will a converter do?
Convert a TNT signal to a computer signal?
If you have one, you can always try....
Unless the box converts this signal. Does it have an output for that? In that case, it would be possible. Check the documentation for your box.
Best regards!

Hello
An HDMI to VGA cable? I don't know it!
It would be better to have an HDMI to VGA converter box, but there's the sound issue, does the screen have built-in speakers?
.
Personally, my Android box with HDMI output is connected to a monitor via HDMI and it works because the monitor has speakers.

I just checked on the ACER website and apparently this monitor does not have speakers, so there's no point in wanting to use it with the Android box; you'll have the picture but not the sound.

Hello
it's getting interesting because I don't need sound
it's for using an Android teleprompter that I only use to scroll through text
So we should look into "HDMI to VGA converter"?
Thanks
