Unsubscribe from C.Discount promotional emails

Hello,

I want to unsubscribe from C Discount, they do offer "unsubscribe" but when you click on it, you are directed to a page that asks you to open C Discount.
Is this legal?
Configuration: iPad / Safari 604.1

    Log in to your Cdiscount


    My personal information:


    Manage my personal data:


    My communications:
    Choose the communication channels through which Cdiscount can contact you.


    Here you have options to unsubscribe

    Select your preferred communication channel


    - Phone Call
    - Email
    - SMS
    - Targeted advertising from Cdiscount partners

    Check the box 'No' to refuse unsolicited subscriptions.
    And at the bottom of the page, click on --► Save my choices


    Close the window after saving your choices:

    Clearly, you need to follow the procedure that involves logging into your account to unsubscribe, and there’s nothing illegal about that.
