How to unsubscribe from easy internet???

Hello,
I would like to know how to unsubscribe from easy internet when I have neither an account nor a subscription and especially when I have no idea what site it is!!! This is the second month that I have been charged €75 while I have no knowledge of this site or anything else!!! Thank you in advance.

Hi, it's impossible for them to charge you that amount without a subscription. You must have either been scammed by another partner site or I don't know what else, otherwise how could they have charged you...

By looking for someone who had the same issue as you, here’s some help:

You probably subscribed to the dating service Easy-Rencontres.

To unsubscribe, just go to your dating site (you have the address in your emails) by entering your username and password (you can receive them by email).

- Go to your Member Area
- In the "My Subscription" section, click on "manage my subscription"
- At this stage, make sure to note your Subscription Number
- Go to the "Terms and Conditions of Use" page
- => UNLIMITED SUBSCRIPTION
- "to stop the next automatic charge click here"
- Then check the 4 boxes provided
- Validate and confirm

HELLO.

The best way, it seems, is to go to the website "securitetotale.com" which lists all the transactions made, particularly the subscriptions, made with your credit card.
So, once on securitetotale, you just need to enter your credit card number. Then all the subscriptions you have made will appear, including those without your knowledge, which happened to me as well. The scam is actually to inform you that you can only access the site if you enter your credit card number to confirm your age.
Once you enter your card number, the site or sites involved in these unwanted withdrawals will appear.
You will then only need to unsubscribe. Do not respond to the questionnaire that the criminal site asks you to answer.

It should be noted for easyrencontre that the publishing company 2L Multimédia:
1- does not publish the legal and mandatory information, namely:
name, address, company registration number, VAT number of the site publisher and CNIL declaration number
2- Article L136-1 of the Consumer Code specifies that the company must inform, in writing, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the renewal of a contract, about the possibilities of unsubscribing. This, of course, 2L Multimédia does not do.
3- Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code: Upon subscription and at each renewal, they are supposed to inform the subscriber of their right to withdraw without fees and without reasons within 7 days (unless they have used their subscription L121-20-1). Case law specifies that the 7-day period starts from the moment the person is informed of the subscription. Furthermore, their failure to meet the obligations set out in Article L121-20 implies that they cannot rely on Article 121-20-1.
4- The fact of retaining the credit card number beyond the period provided for in the declaration to the CNIL constitutes a criminal offense (Article 226-20 of the Penal Code): did they really make a declaration to the CNIL? If so, what period was declared?

I also got scammed. I canceled my card and requested a full refund of the amount of 106.75 and filed a complaint for breach of trust.
