Error CE 37732 2

Hello,
I just bought Horizon Forbidden, but I can't install it. I'm getting an error message. CE 37732 2. I've deleted the download and restarted 3 times. No luck. Then in safe mode, I restored the database. After that, I re-downloaded the game, but the same error message appears at the end.

    Hello bazfile,
    Do I have no other choice but to reset the entire PS4? Am I going to lose my progress on all my games????
    I have downloaded other games since, and the others have worked without any error messages; my updates are functioning.
    It's just this game that is stuck.

      On the page, there is not only the reset option offered; PlayStation support only provides these solutions because there are no others.

    Thank you for your help. I've tried the other solutions, the only one I haven't tried is the reset. Could the slow download be a cause, with interruptions? I live in New Caledonia in a rural area and I won't have fiber for another 18 months. I can try downloading in Nouméa for more speed and a stable download if that's an option.
