Hello,
I've been looking for a solution regarding this virus for a long time.
I've read too many tips on forums, but nothing works.
I think my PC is infected because every time I plug in a healthy USB drive, it also gets infected.
How to remove the New heur.ffd virus from my PC
Please help????????

    Hello.

    Connect your infected USB key to your PC, run a scan with USBfix that you can download via THIS LINK, open it, ignore the premium version, disregard any messages regarding this, and click on Start a scan, then on Full scan. Delete what USBfix finds, see this page.


    Then:
    Once you have disinfected your PC with USBfix, do the following:
    Download FRST, once downloaded save it to the desktop, then right-click on FRST and choose Run as administrator, you will see this:

    Click on Scan

    Note, wait for the messages indicating that the scan is finished to appear



    At the end of the scan, you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition

    Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports to CJOINT, see THIS TUTORIAL, then provide the two links generated by Cjoint in your response.
