Pro 2017.exe - entry point not found

Hello

I can't open an application because I'm encountering the following problem: the procedure entry point SteamApi_GetHSteamUser could not be found in the dynamic link library C;\Games\Pro 2017\PES 2017.exe.

I have Windows 10 i5 64.
