Eurosport Player on TV: Remote control not working.

Since Wednesday night (before that, no problem)
After launching the Eurosport Player app, the remote control becomes inoperative, making it impossible to navigate through the menus; the only choices available are to press OK on the highlighted program or to press the back button, but it’s impossible to exit the app. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the data, and cleared the app's cache, but nothing works. After exiting the app, the remote control functions normally for all other applications.

Problem solved.
In settings/remote control and accessories, there was an unknown TV paired!!!
After deleting it, everything is back to normal.
