DISCORD: Number already used on another account

Hello everyone, I have a problem on Discord...
When I try to log in with my number I receive this message: "Another Discord account is already using this number. Remove it from the other account to use it on this one."
The problem is that I only have one account on Discord and I have never had another account.
I had already received a security code from Discord on 29/01/22 and what is certain is that I never recreated an account between that date and today.
Could it be possible that my number has been hacked?
I'm stuck now, how can I delete the other account associated with my number if I don’t know about its existence?
