Hello,
By changing my phone (from S8 to Note 9), I have also changed my SIM, operator, and phone number, and I can no longer connect to my Samsung account.
I enter my email, I enter my password, and then a code is sent for me to enter, BUT it goes to my old phone number.
It is impossible to receive the code by email, I have changed my password (thanks to the email), but there is no way to change the number to receive the code on my new number and retrieve my data.
However, Samsung login via Google works and Google has my new number.
Does anyone have a solution?
Or how to delete my old account without being logged in.
Because when trying to create and start a new account (even if I lose all the data), my email already exists. I don't want to create a new email.
Thank you
Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 81.0.4044.122

It might not be clear... I've done so many tests... Ahaha..
I have a Samsung N9. But I've changed operator and phone number.
I kept my Samsung account (email account to download apps from the Galaxy Store, and other Samsung Cloud data...)
During an update, I need to reconnect to my Samsung account. (and also for example when connecting my phone to my Gear) I have to be logged into the account.
But now, when I log into the Samsung account, there is a two-factor authentication. (there have been articles published on websites following "leaks" from Samsung)
1. The email with the password,
2. The confirmation of a code sent via SMS to my mobile phone.
But in case 2, the code sent via SMS goes to my old phone number, which is no longer assigned.
So the second authentication cannot be completed.
After several attempts, password changes, trying to log into the Samsung website via a computer... Nothing works.
Because even on the website via a computer, they send me the code via SMS.
I can't even log into the Samsung website/my account to change the phone number and add my new number...
Now I wanted to delete my account (too bad for my data...) and create a new one.
Even for that, I need to be logged in.
I wanted to format and reset my phone (completely), but I need to be logged into that Samsung account for authorization. (so I can create a new account, new email...)
I can't delete the existing account and replace it with another one...
There you go.
Basically, as long as I can't log in, I can't update, connect my watch to add apps for the watch... nothing..
I even retrieved my old S8, but the same issue...
If anyone can help...

The Samsung number I had before is no longer active, now I have a new phone number, the problem is I can't change it because it sends the code to the number I had before.
