How to unlock the keyboard of your BlackBerry Curve 9320?

Hello,
I'm back after a few days of absence, and I ask my interlocutors, georges97 and Xileh, to excuse this silence.
I may have expressed myself poorly: it is not a matter of unlocking my Curve, which I know is impossible. My BB has always had a code, and I have never started it without entering this code. My problem is not a code problem but a locked keyboard issue: I can't enter my code because my keyboard is locked.
So, I reformulate my question: how to unlock the keyboard of my BB Curve 9320?
Thank you in advance for your help.

It's nice of you to reply, but it doesn't help my situation: with the touchpad, select Unlock, that's a maneuver I've done a thousand times on my BBs, they've all been coded. After selecting Unlock, PIN code appears, and that's where my problem starts: I can't enter my PIN code because my keyboard is locked.
Thanks anyway

Hello.
Remove the battery from your Blackberry and hold down the power button for 30 seconds, put the battery back in, and check if the keyboard works. If it's still the same, you need to take your phone for repair.

Good evening bazfile,
thank you, that's nice. I tried this maneuver about a week ago but without any results. I will try again, but it's a bit desperate. I live in an area where it's impossible to find someone who knows BlackBerry well, and I have too much stuff in there to leave it in unknown hands.
I will keep you updated if it turns out positive, thanks again

If disassembling the battery doesn't yield results, you will have to either take it for repair or disassemble it and fix it yourself, but I advise against that, especially if you've never done it before.

OK, I'll be patient and wait for my next trip to Europe!
Thanks anyway, it was very nice.

Hello,

I remains somewhat dubious about the fact that it may not be related to what I mentioned in your previous topic

Nonetheless, it would be best - since these products might not have a large number of trusted certified repairers... that it might be useful for you to ask the question directly on the site itself....

(I don't know if the contact link is functional... but you can try)

for Xileh,
I fought for a while to try to send a message but it seems very "professional" to me and I'm no longer that. I'll continue...
thanks anyway
