Hello, I have a problem with my Canon Pixma TS5350 printer.
Since I've had it, every time I want to print, the message "printer offline" appears on my computer, but the problem gets resolved each time and it prints without any issue.
However, now I can't scan; I have the Scanner application on my computer and it can't find my scanner even though the printer is connected to the computer.
