Hello,
I own a Canon MG3250 printer and I'm unable to print. The window displays error P02, and forums tell me to clean the transparent film. Without hesitation, I opened my printer and looked everywhere, but there was no film present...
Before the error message, a strange noise worried us, and after carefully removing a jammed and twisted sheet from the printer, I haven't been able to print since.
Help please

Hello ....
The P02 error can be the result of several incidents, the list of which is ► On this link
If you have removed the jammed sheets and the result is still the same, the problem may be "mechanical" ....(defective or broken part??)
Be sure to check that there are no still pieces of paper or other objects in the printer ...
