bonjour,
le soucis que je rencontre est que j'ai acheté et installé un nouvel autoradio dans mon cmax de 2008 qui est le pioneer SPH-DA160DAB
l'autoradio fonctionne tres bien, le seul problème que je rencontre et peut être que vous pourrez m'aider, est que quand je tourne la clé de contact pour préchauffer la voiture le poste s'allume, et que des fois dès que je tourne la clé pour démarrer la voiture le poste s'allume aussitôt, ou alors après 1 à 2 mns, ou voir pas du tout....donc souvent je suis obligé de m'arrêter et d'éteindre la voiture pour la redémarrer afin que le poste s'allume et des fois ce ne fonctionne pas non plus...auriez vous une solution à mon problème, hormis faire un branchement en direct de peur que ça décharge la batterie du véhicule.

My problem is almost solved, my brother and I found an alternative... we just disconnected the negative terminal of the battery and the radio reset itself, and since then it works perfectly. Alternatively, you need to buy a cable from Norauto that they order directly from Pioneer (110€), which bypasses the ignition key start... One more thing to do is to connect the radio directly. I have a friend who had the same issue as us and that works perfectly as well...

Hello, I have the same car radio and the same issue... By the way, since yesterday it has been rebooting in a loop and I can't get it to work anymore. Previously, when I turned the key, it would start initializing right away, and so when starting the car 2 seconds later, it would reboot during its loading and it seems to crash. I don't know what to do because I haven't found a reset procedure.
After reading several documents, regarding the Pioneer SPH-DA160DAB, there is a RESET button in the upper left corner on the front panel; you need to turn off the power, press it and release it, then turn the power back on. My car radio, which was boot looping, is now working perfectly again. To delay the startup of the car radio, there are also 12V relay delay circuits available to postpone the startup by a few seconds to a few minutes. I haven't tried this; there are various prices on AliExpress, but also brands like Velleman and the model VM188.
The accessory power is the yellow wire of the car (check with a multimeter) -> switch -> yellow wire of the head unit, start the head unit using the switch after starting the car

A permanent power source is missing in the installation done, different from the + contact.
At a time when all car radios had 2 wires, the problem only arose for car radios mounted in removable drawers, and we would place a battery and a diode to keep the settings of the unit.
