Hello,

I tried the reset, disconnecting the battery, and I still have the same problem with a black screen.

Camping vehicle: Rapido 8096df.

Hello,

Has this device been used before, or is it a new installation?

Is the 10 A fuse (at the back) in good condition?

It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...

Yes, it worked for 1 year and the fuse is okay.

Have you checked that the voltages (12v) are present on the power connector as described in the manual on page 3FR (11 of the pdf below):

It is very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn't there...
