Orange (Sosh) fiber is terrible

Hello, I recently moved out of my parents' place to settle in a small village where fiber is available. I ordered my Sosh fiber, got my appointment, and everything was going well until then.
Once everything was finished, of course, I tested the connection, both wired and via Wi-Fi (300mb/s), and I got the same result for both, which made me pretty happy at first.
Then came the installation of various software and games on my PC, which is directly connected via Ethernet to my box.
I thought I would go quickly to install all of this, and then the drama happened — I couldn't exceed 11-12mb/s. Of course, I checked all my connections, all my Ethernet cables are CAT6, etc.
I contacted a Sosh technician for help, and after his intervention, it's worse than before! (90mb/s), and I'm talking about speedtest!!! So I thought maybe this was more accurate and that I would be able to download at that speed now, but no, I'm stuck at 5mb/s for downloading, so I don't understand anything.
If anyone has a solution or an idea that I haven't tried yet, I'm all ears.

Hello,

First, you need to review the basic units.

Throughput tests are generally measured in Megabits per second: Mb/s

Download speeds, on the other hand, are in Megabytes per second Mo/s or in English MB/s, with the capital B indicating Byte, which is octet in English,

while the lowercase b in Mb/s means bit. 1 octet = 1 Byte = 8 bits.

After that, the only real test is with a PC connected via Ethernet cable to the box.

And for a download test, see a site like: https://bouygues.testdebit.info/
which will be more relevant than any other site

So I tested your link, when I try to download it, it's at 10MB/s, it shows me a remaining time of 15 minutes for a 10GB file.
