Armoury Crate Installation Issue

Hello,

I just got an Asus ROG mouse and I would like to install the Armoury Crate software.
When I start the installation, I follow the instructions, but during the download, it freezes and becomes unresponsive.
What could be the reason for this?

    Good evening, I have exactly the same issue.. during the download it gets stuck and stays like that without progressing.. I wanted to reinstall Armoury Crate because my updates are also stuck.. I've tried everything.

    Hello,

    I did it!
    When you plug in the mouse, a message indicates that it is configured and ready to use. You just need to click on it and the Armoury Crate page will appear. First download Armoury, then launch the software, update it, and if you want, install Aura Creator using the zip file downloaded from the Asus website.

    That's it, if it doesn't work, get back to me.
