.USS files

Hello,
I am recording files in .USR on my synthesizer.
Impossible to read or convert them, HEEEEEELP!!! No one is talking about it on the net either?! Is there anyone who knows about these files and could help me? The worst part is that my synthesizer is no longer reading them either, so I can't hear what I've recorded and I really need to work on it in Cubase..
Thank you very much

Hi,

basically, your USB key can only help you save internal data from your keyboard that is only readable by the keyboard itself
(usb to device)

Hi, same here.. I got a Yamaha MM6 and the USB stick saves files in .USR format, but nothing reads this kind of file... it's compatible with nothing at all... not even with itself... what a piece of junk... I thought I could "save" improvisations on a stick to work on them later, and now I'm stuck...

If you have a Yamaha MM6, you have the option to save files in USR format (which you can reload on your synth from the menu > load) or in .MID format (it's also in the Menu) that you can play directly...
