PC Medion Erazer Startup Issue

Hello, Good evening
When I start my Medion Erazer (desktop), it shuts down and then starts up again in a loop, and after a while, it turns on but it can take several minutes. Once it's running, there are no issues, but it's quite annoying at startup.
So, I was thinking about the power supply but I'm not entirely sure. I changed the power outlet but that didn't help, I also replaced the battery; there are no beeps at startup. Sometimes I find myself in the BIOS, and when I simply exit, it works too.
The computer runs very well once it starts; it's really just a launch issue. If you could shed some light on what could be causing this, that would be great.
