Hello, my Iris LED 50 D 2400 TV is displaying "system observation in progress, please wait", it turns on and off, and the remote control is not working. Thank you for indicating the problem.

    Good evening, I don't know if you have a livebox but if you do, you might be on the wrong HDMI. If you don't have a livebox, check if it's on TV and not HDMI.
