My Iris TV won't turn on even though the red light is on. Could you give me some advice?

Hello.

This failure is often found in the standby system. So, check the power supply as MPMP points out. It’s an opto-isolator circuit that starts the TV's motherboard.

Doing it yourself is too risky since there is 325 volts on the main power supply.
So, same opinion as MPMP >>> certified TV technician or professional.
