Orange and white light Dell PC

Hello,

My Dell Inspiron 15 won't start, when I turn it on, the indicator blinks 3 times orange and 5 times white and it shows the same when I plug in the charger. Can someone please help me?

    Have you changed any power supply component on your computer?

      Hello,

      No, it's the same battery and charger I used, I haven't changed anything on the power supply side.

        Yes, and the PC won't start. The indicators are flashing alternately orange and white.
