Hello everyone
My Acer laptop is stuck on a black screen as if it were turned off. However, the lights on the side remain on: the battery indicator is orange and the "light bulb" indicator is blinking orange. Moreover, my phone charges when I plug it in via USB, which makes me think the laptop is on.
But for example, the Caps Lock light on the keyboard does not turn on, which also makes me think the laptop is off. I'm a bit lost and it's quite urgent as I'm in the middle of exams and really need my laptop.
I tried pressing the power button for 30 seconds, but nothing works
I want to clarify that the indicators are like this when the laptop is NOT plugged in and that the indicators remain the same even when I plug it in
