Hello, hello everyone. After updating via Driver Booster 9 for the Thomson MA laptop, my Wi-Fi card has disappeared. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and how they resolved it. I was also considering updating the BIOS, but I don't know how, as there is very little information on this topic.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 96.0

    Hi,
a good idea would be to uninstall this update...

The problem is that I reinstalled Windows and it's the same; the original configuration comes with a folder called C:\Windows\drivers, but that's not where the drivers should be.

it doesn't prevent you from reinstalling the appropriate driver, most of the time, especially if it's old.

In fact, I just performed an operation in the device manager with the option to show hidden cards, and now I can see it, but it's grayed out with the "disconnected" notification. So I think I accidentally disabled it by touching the keyboard without meaning to, because apparently on Thomsons, there is a dedicated key, but unfortunately, I don't know which one it is, and there's nothing on the site.
