Hello,
I would like to disable calls on an Alcatel f860 voice, but I can't seem to do it. Moreover, I can hear myself speaking on the phone, but the person I'm calling can't hear me! The phone is new, purchased yesterday.

    If this device is connected to a box, reset it.
    To do this, cut the power supply to the box for a minute, then turn it back on.

    Which calls are you referring to?
    If "6 New calls" is displayed on the handset screen, these are calls you missed (unanswered) and the callers did not leave messages.
    Unanswered calls that are listed in the call log.
    To remove the display on the handset, you need to open the call log which will allow you to see the number or the names of the callers who tried to reach you.
    To view these calls:
    Press OK/menu, select LOG, press OK/menu.
    Navigate through the list with the navigator.
