    Good evening,
It all depends on which channels you want to receive... for the free-to-air channels, any "free to air" satellite receiver will do, otherwise, for the encrypted channels, you will need a specific decoder for the package you wish to receive, see here:

Thank you for the quick response.
It’s not true, the receivers I have only receive 8PSK or QPSK S2 but not S2 16 APSK which is a very uncommon standard. The issue is not free to air or encrypted. It is RTS HD from Switzerland on Tr 12265V. I receive all the other 8PSK and QPSK channels. I know Kingofsat. Thank you for replying if you know and possibly if you have tried and with what equipment?

      Good evening,

To receive a transponder in MIS (multistream), you simply need to buy a demodulator with a DVB S2-S2X MIS or S2-FBC tuner (on a classic or unicable installation)

More simply, all new satellite receivers running on Linux (E2) demodulate multistreams.

This allows you, among other things, to receive all French TNT channels legally on the 5°West satellite, without having to go through a "restricted" system like Fransat...

And of course, foreign MIS channels are also demodulated (since they are broadcast in clear like RTS)

Google is your friend (the only downside is the price of these receivers)

        Hello,

Yes, depending on the tuner configuration

However, with the original image (software), I don't know ... (I don't have a gigablue)
