Starsat SR-2000HD HYPER Decoder - Signal Loss

Hello,
I need help please!!!!
For the past few days, I've been losing the signal on my STARSAT decoder and I don't know why!
It goes from S 78% and Q 64% to S 9% and Q 0%!!!! even though we haven't changed anything!
Anyway, I'm going crazy. Tell me what I can do!!!!

    this is not a legally labeled satellite demodulator,

    CCM willingly collaborating on issues concerning Fransat or Tntsat / Canal Ready type installations.....
