Connect 2 external monitors from 1 HDMI port?

Hello,

Is it possible to connect 2 external monitors from 1 single HDMI port and have them work in "Extend" mode rather than duplicate?

If I understand correctly, I need an HDMI splitter, but in my research, I've only seen the "duplicate" mode and not "extend" in Windows?
Is this possible? I have an ASUS laptop - Vivobook S533IA-BQ263T - Gray 15.6" Full HD - AMD Ryzen 7 4700U - 16 GB RAM.

    Hello,

    With a single output from the PC, they will always have duplicates; the PC only sees one.
