Locked app, unable to uninstall it

Hello,
First of all, I am on a 16-inch MacBook Pro, Monterey version.
Recently, I downloaded an app that is no longer useful to me. To my surprise, when I tried to delete it, I was informed that the app was locked and that it was impossible to perform this action. I have already checked the privacy settings as well as the app's information. The result is that the app is indeed locked, and I don't have the permissions to change these settings.
Even going into the terminal to execute a command for a deeper deletion, nothing works; it is still sitting patiently in my applications...

In fact, this application was downloaded more by mistake. To be honest, I'm not really sure about the application, it's quite useful, which made me download it… -

Thank you so much! I just found out how to access these preferences in the app. Since everything is locked, it's not very obvious.
