TM-H6000III M147G printer issue

Hello,

I have a small issue with a printer, TM-H6000III M147G. Indeed, when I want my check to auto-fill, it comes out as a ticket instead of filling the check.

I am connected via serial.
The driver for the receipt and slip mode is properly installed. The cash drawer has also been configured.

Can you guide me?

    At first glance, the printer is working...
    You need to check the software you are using... you must not be sending the correct data to the printer...
