Hello, I'm having trouble making calls and sending texts after entering the code *33*0000#. But when I try to deactivate it with #33*0000#, it says "connection problem or invalid code

You've been taken in by an scam as big as a house SEE THIS PAGE if the two numbers listed on the page don't work, your only option is to contact your mobile operator to have them unblock you.
