Hello,

I have a HUGE problem. After wanting to restart my phone (knowing that it's not the first time I've restarted it), I encountered this aggressive message telling me that a unlock code is required after the restart....

So, naively, I entered my usual password... However, I got several stops. And now I am on my last attempt before waiting an hour. GREAT HUAWEI..... ????????

This "password" that I've never heard of consists of 6 digits.

If you have one or more solutions to propose, I’m all ears, BUT I would like to avoid the factory reset, please

I'm really pissed off right now, can you help me? ????????????
