Hello,
How do I set up call forwarding?
When I am working from home, I would like incoming calls on my Alcatel Temporis 580 landline to be directly transferred to my mobile phone?
Thank you for your response.
Best regards

Hello,
If it's the landline at your home, and it's hard to see the point since, in these conditions, it is in the same place as the mobile, you need to activate the call forwarding option with your ISP, whether it's paid or free, and dial a combination of keys, presumably the same for all operators:

The situation is the same if you have an independent landline at work behind a box.
But in the case where the line in question is behind a switchboard and provided this latter allows forwarding to an external number, it is up to the person in charge of the switchboard to set up the forwarding.

In fact, my office landline is a Temporis 580, and when I'm not at the office, working from home, I want my calls to go directly to my personal mobile phone instead.
What is the procedure to follow from my Temporis 580 at the office?
Thank you

I have noted the hypothesis where this phone was at the office, and I responded to you in both scenarios (independent access number behind a box or internal extension accessible from a switchboard).
If the phone is "independent of everything" (simply plugged into a line), then it is not possible in principle.
