Hello,
Gigaset AS690H - "Conference function" setup
My configuration: Base and its handset + two satellite handsets.
During an incoming call, it was possible for another handset to take the call by pressing its green "Line pickup" button. The first handset that answered could then either hang up or stay in the conference. Now, the message "Impossible" appears on the handset trying to pick up the line. This conference feature between the handsets has disappeared. I can't explicitly find this function in the handsets' menu settings.
Can anyone guide me?

Hello,
Internal communication needs to be activated.
See the manual on page 17, paragraph: "Participation in external communication."
