8/16GB of validated RAM memory

Hello, I have 16GB of RAM on my computer, but the task manager shows that only 8/16GB are validated, and this is a problem for me because I use my computer for demanding tasks that require a lot of memory. Can you help me, and thank you very much.

Configuration: Windows / Opera 82.0.4227.50
