Hello,
Voilà, I just bought a computer, after spending time on a fan issue, now I have a new problem that I hadn’t noticed before...
I have a white EZ DEBUG CPU LED that lights up, and my screen stays in POWER SAVING MODE once plugged in, and in addition, all the fans are running including the one dedicated to the processor. I've read a lot about this topic and I'm not sure where it could be coming from.
The current configuration:
Case: Micro ATX Trinity Mini G case

Motherboard: MSI B550M PRO motherboard
Processor: AMD RYZEN 5 5600 G

RAM: standard 16g
Hard drive: standard 1 terabyte
SSD: Crucial P2 CT500P2SSD8 Internal SSD 500GB, Speeds up to 2400 MB/s (3D NAND, NVMe, PCIe, M.2) https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B086BGWNY8/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_GF21VN477VNGCJ8501F7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Hello,
the BIOS must be version 7D14v25; if the BIOS has not been updated, the processor will not pass.-

It happens that even if marked as sold on the day, it is not.
To update the BIOS, you need to install a natively compatible CPU (Ryzen 3000), go into the BIOS, and update it; some motherboards allow this with an incompatible CPU, but not this one.
Otherwise, make sure that the CPU is properly installed and the CPU power connector is properly plugged in. -

Like your Jumulka, B550 motherboards are not yet natively compatible with Ryzen 5000G, like your Ryzen 5 5600G. A prior update is still necessary. Many B550 motherboards allow BIOS updates without a CPU or without a functioning CPU. I don't think that's the case for yours. So try to find a Ryzen 3000 that you can install while waiting for the BIOS update.
