Hello,
I currently have a big issue, my GPU is not being used for certain games, notably Cyberpunk 2077. I want to clarify that the game is not cracked or anything; I bought the game (on GOG). However, in other games (Red Dead 2, Battlefield 2042, etc.), I have no issues and my GPU is being utilized well. I uninstalled the game thinking there was a corrupted file causing this problem. Previously, I played it with the PC and the graphics card was being used properly. But after reinstalling, I still have the same issue. I have no mods installed. I checked for updates for Windows, drivers, and the game, and everything is up to date.
My configuration:
GTX 1060 6GB
32GB of RAM
i7-6700

Good evening, I found the solution.
I had to reset the PC to factory settings.
I think this problem was due to a Windows update that didn't go well.
Because this issue appeared after an update of a simple driver.
At first, I had updated all my drivers to the latest version 1.
But the problem was still there. I also removed my software and applications and it was still present.
Only clearing the Windows updates via the factory reset fixed my problem.
And after the updates were installed, there were no issues; my GPU is now being used properly when needed.

You can already try to force the use of the GPU via the Nvidia panel (see the last part here: https://support.nvidia.eu/hc/fr/articles/201072671-Comment-puis-je-personnaliser-les-profils-et-les-param%C3%A8tres-Optimus-)

I'm having a hard time keeping up with you. Apparently, it's a desktop PC. In principle, the IGP of your CPU is disabled and your monitor is connected to the GPU and not to the motherboard. Therefore, your PC can only use your GPU.

Yes, my main screen is connected to my graphics card and my secondary screen is connected to my motherboard.
I have already tried unplugging my secondary screen to see the result but I still have the same problem.

I don't understand why I have this problem mainly with this game because on demanding games my GPU is being used well.

So you are using 2 screens, one connected to the GPU and the other to the motherboard. This would mean you went into the BIOS to reactivate the IGP. When you think that the IGP is being used, on which screen do the games display?

I think you are mixing things up a bit. The IGP (Integrated Graphics Processor) is the graphics processor integrated into the CPU. If it is disabled, the secondary screen connected to the motherboard that uses the IGP would not display anything. If you are using a screen connected to the motherboard, it means the IGP is active.
