[HELP] AMD CPU and Nvidia GPU not working together

Hello everyone.
I recently got a new setup with an AMD processor (6 cores at 3.8GHz) and an Nvidia GT 1030 GPU.
When I'm playing a video game or rendering on my editing software, I notice that the CPU and GPU are not working together.
When I play, my GPU is running at 100% and my CPU at 4%... And the game lags.
When I render on Premiere Pro, either I enable CUDA acceleration and get the same result, or I disable it, and then the CPU works at full capacity, but the GPU not at all.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

it's completely normal, your processor is much more powerful than your GPU, which is why the GPU struggles in games while the processor doesn't at all.
As for rendering, using CUDA you render via Nvidia, so with the GPU, without it you do it via the CPU; it's one or the other in that case, not both at the same time.
You would need at least a RTX 2060/3060 depending on your processor model for it to be more balanced for gaming (as for rendering, it's one or the other, so in terms of usage, that won't change).
