Why isn't my game using my graphics card?

Hello,

I currently have an RTX 2060 and it works very well except with one game: Fortnite. Fortnite overloads my processor because it only uses 0.1% of my graphics card.

Could you help me?
Thanks in advance.

Hello, try going to the NVIDIA control panel and set Fortnite (or Epic Games) to use your graphics card

NVIDIA control panel > manage 3D settings > program settings > Fortnite (click on add if it's not there) > OpenGL rendering GPU
    choose your graphics card

I tried to do what you said but it's still not working. I don't know if it's because I changed my graphics card or if there's an issue with my PC.
