We subscribed to Disney+ but I can't install it on our Philips 50PUS6554/12 smart TV and I also don't have Google Play Store on the smart TV.

Hello.
Your TV is not under Android TV but has the SAPHI system from Philips, which is why you don’t have the GOOGLE PLAY store.
In your case, the best option would be to get a box or a stick running Android TV, examples:
