While digging through the BIOS, here's what I found: I now have Realtek I2S Audio Codec, but with a warning.
ACPI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5651&SUBSYS_116c5651
ACPI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5651&SUBSYS_116c5651
Small clarification; the BIOS also allows me to set the LPE Audio Support to:
LPE audio ACPI MODE
and in PCI MODE
LPE audio ACPI MODE
and in PCI MODE
For the ACPI\10EC5651, try this one --> Realtek I2S
Right-click on the driver --> 200036088......cab
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "200036088......\"
Go to Device Manager
Right-click on a device
Update driver
Browse my computer for drivers
Browse
Select the extracted driver folder --> 200036088_...........
OK, next

This device cannot start: code 10
I think there’s a Windows reset to be done; I’ve probably installed too many drivers while trying to get the audio to work again.
