Logitech Keyboard: Serial Number

Hello, after several searches, unfortunately, I can't find an answer to my question.

So, I received a K380 keyboard from Logitech for my tablet at Christmas, the problem being that it's a "for Mac" model.
I can use it on Windows since it’s Bluetooth, but the keyboard layout on Mac is not the same as that of Windows/Android, which means the keys do not correspond to the characters typed.
Of course, it’s too late to exchange the product (delivered early November).
I contacted the seller, who sent me an automatic message saying they couldn’t do anything.

However, I noticed that the serial number of the keyboard and the box are not identical.
Do you know if I can invoke the legal warranty of conformity? By saying that the product is non-compliant since the serial numbers do not match?

Thank you for reading.

hi

personally, I had the same case in a computer store, and I went back to the store with the equipment and receipt

the salesperson exchanged it for me without complaining

I think you should not hesitate to take advantage of the loophole you found

good luck
