Hello,

I have an M500 djix MP4 player and I can't put videos on it (the software is provided inside the MP4) and I can't connect my wireless Bluetooth headphones

I saw and I can't download AVI Converter and I can't connect my headphones via Bluetooth, I think I didn't buy the right MP4.

The software provided is Avi Converter but I can't find it either

It's just a player.
To convert your videos to AVI format, you need to use your PC with AVI Converter (??) and copy them onto your MP500 player.

If I remember correctly, it was AVI Converter 1.5.0

Your MP4 player is just an audio player. You can only use the application on Windows PC.
