I purchased a Neom digital photo frame model NM700PFR. It reads my SD card without any problems, but I have an issue with the USB reader. Is there a specific formatting required for the USB stick? I've tried both FAT and FAT 32, but it doesn't read my files. So I would like to know if it could be a compatibility issue with my USB stick (is that possible?) or if the frame is defective on that port in your opinion? Thank you for your clarification.

Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0

It's a USB stick or an MP3 player. If it's an MP3 player, turn it on; otherwise, in my opinion, the frame is defective. Try to borrow another USB stick to see if it comes from yours.

I have the same problem as you with my Neom photo frame.
It reads my SD cards very well, but can't seem to recognize my external DIVX drive.
It’s been charging for 2 hours now...

I just saw your message from February... actually, I've been vainly trying to get the manual for the digital photo frame mp3 NM700PFR... mine got wet and now that it's dry, I can't peel the pages apart anymore.. and I need it to be able to use my equipment.
If you could help me, I would really, really appreciate it.. Let me know how much you would like for the copies and shipping.

And according to the information I've managed to gather, it's actually a USB reader to connect an additional memory card reader!
I think that's mainly what it's for!!!

I just received the NM720PFR digital frame and I also can't connect via USB to the computer, did you find a solution?

Well, I can't manage to put the photos on it; I have a Mac, I am on iPhoto, and I hold down the photo, put the photo in the folder, and it shows: The Finder can't complete the operation: some data from P7160005.JPG (the name of the photo, but it’s not written that way) could not be read or written.

I own a NEOM NM710PFR photo frame that works perfectly for playback with any card or USB key.
I would like to input or output video through the audio/video jack ports with a diameter of 3.5mm on the side.
These are long jacks that I cannot find in stores; all the ones I find are short.
If anyone knows this type of cable or a long 4-pole male 3.5mm jack connector to solder, it would be great to share the address with me. I bought this type of cable, but it doesn't work; it's missing at least 4 to 5mm on pin 4 of the connector.
