Hello
when connecting your camera to a PC (using the cable provided with the device!!) it appears in the Windows Explorer as long as you power on the camera!! It appears as:
Canon Digital Camera, where you find 2 directories: DCIM and MISC.
Click on DCIM and then on the subdirectory "100CANON" to find all the photos stored on the memory card of the camera.
A drag-and-drop allows you to retrieve the photos onto the micro.

Thank you Ratenpion but the problem is right there. The Canon EOS 350D device appears in the list of devices (and printers) but I can't see it in the Windows Explorer file manager even after trying with 4 different USB cables (with and without filter) and restarting the camera.
Config: Win 10 Pro 64 up to date, RAM 32.0 Go, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X processor.

Hello
my Sony camera turns into a USB device when powered on as long as it is connected via USB, the files are accessible as Ratenpion explains
the other solution is that Sony provides software that handles transferring and organizing the content from the camera
- start the app, connect and power on the camera -
if no solution
remove the memory card and reset the camera

Mark as resolved, if your issue has been solved. I use "tu" with everyone.
Take the time to comment!
A thank you is appreciated.

After a period of normal operation, the problem appears following a possible and hypothetical update.
The Canon EOS 350D shows up in the list of devices (and printers)
Impossible to see it in a file manager (MS or otherwise).
The obvious question is: do you know of any solution/tip to allow transferring the files??
Thanks in advance.
