Shooting issues with Canon EOS 700D

Hello,
I have had an EOS 700D for two years, and I have encountered a problem twice when taking photos with my reflex directly through the viewfinder; they save directly to the SD card, and I can view them one by one. However, when I take photos using the LCD screen, nothing saves, and no photos are kept on the SD card. There was no issue before, so there must be a settings problem. I have been searching for hours, but I need your kindness to find a solution to my issue. Thank you very much.

Configuration: Windows / Internet Explorer 11.0

Hello, when you take a picture with the LCD screen do you hear the shutter or does the camera remain silent?

Good evening, we hear a noise as if the photo was taken, it appears on the screen then a black screen and no recording on the card? And no hard drive on the device then?
    Thank you.

Have you tried resetting the device settings?
