I signed a contract (over the phone) in July on the site topmodel-cast.com, a supposed modeling agency; however, there were registration fees mentioned in the contract, and I never wanted to pay them.
Please, is this a real company or not?

Hello,
Whether it's with any company, when you have to work for it, there's never any question of paying anything.
So from that point on, it's definitely a scam.

It's a real site but it's not recommended (see here) like most of them. Moreover, a first casting is always free, and that's already a bad sign.

Another real but fake site aimed at making easy money..
We doubt the validity of a contract signed over the phone! Nothing proves it was you on the other end of the line..
As for the legality of this 'agency', see the Labour Code articles L7123-1 and following..
