I'm reaching out to you for help in understanding how to request a refund for the Confo Excellence warranty that I contracted when purchasing a L'Or coffee machine
Conforama gave me a booklet with a website, but it doesn't work
After seeking information from Confo, I'm no further along

    Hello,
    I am in the same situation as you.
    I feel like I've been taken for a ride and that nothing is being done to easily request this refund.
    Another case of aggressive selling: tomorrow I'm heading to Conforama to demand the outright cancellation of this service (and its refund)!
