Google Nest Hub issue.

My new Google Nest Hub makes mistakes with the time. Not when I ask it what time it is (then it's accurate), but for example, when I ask about my next appointment, it tells me the wrong time (it says 9 o'clock instead of 10 o'clock... it always gets it wrong by one hour). If that were the only issue, I would have thought it was a problem with daylight saving time or time zones, but it makes other completely incoherent errors. This morning in the "good morning" routine, it told me it was 10 PM when the time displayed on the screen was correct; it was 7 AM. Another strange thing is that it does not support the timing of routines, which works perfectly when I start them from my phone... Furthermore, it does not adhere to the continuous conversation mode, where it should wait for another command for 8 seconds after answering a question.
If anyone has an idea, I would appreciate it because I really don't understand what's going on... Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I had the same issue, but I was able to fix it. All you need to do is configure the address where your Google Nest Hub is located, even if it already knows which city it is in.
To do this, go to your Google Home app > Google Nest Hub > Settings > Device information > Home > And there you just have to enter the address and save it, and normally it should be good. ;)

Great, thank you! I had the same problem with one of my Nest Hubs, I did the manipulation and it works, a big thank you to you.

Thank you for your response, which gave me a lot of hope... Unfortunately, it didn't work out. I checked the settings on the Nest Hub, and my address is properly configured (city, street, number), it's the one (called "Home") that I indicated in Home for all my apps and connected devices (Maps, Calendar, Chromecast, Philips Hue Lighting...). In fact, all of them work well without any timing errors, even when managed from my phone... This is particularly striking in the case of the "GOOD MORNING" routine, which is flawless from the Home app on my phone, but when I trigger it from the Nest: It starts by telling me that it is 10 PM instead of 7 AM (a difference of 9 hours or 15 hours), then it gives me the day's events from my calendar with an hour in advance... So the error is not just a simple delay... If we add the fact that it doesn't respect the 8 seconds of the continuous conversation mode and the timing of the routines... I really feel like it doesn't understand the concept of time at all! To be sure, I conducted a test by writing this message: "Turn off the lights in a minute" and "set a timer", it works perfectly from Home, and from the Nest it says "Scheduling error" or "Timer impossible"…
Honestly, I don't understand! I bought this Nest Hub during the Google Store Black Friday, I tried to contact them... Without success! If anyone has any idea...
