Hello,
I cannot receive calls or make calls with the Panasonic KX-TGK220FR landline phone. An icon with a crossed-out circle appears in brackets.
How can I fix this issue?
Thank you

Configuration: Android / Chrome 94.0.4606.85

It's "Micro cut". You need to press the screen button located just below
Follow the red arrow...

So the problem isn't there... press again to remove "Silence".
Have you reset the box?
Curious the icon with a handset at the top left next to the "signal bars" indicating an ongoing communication.

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...

Hello,

<===== Is this the icon?
If so, it indicates the microphone is muted... you need to press the button located just below

However, this does not explain the inability to receive calls or make them (other than the fact that you wouldn't be heard)
If this device is connected to a router, reset it.
To do this, unplug the power supply from the router for one minute, then turn it back on.

Hello

"I have the same problem"

Same issue on the same Panasonic phone? With this on the screen

Icon "phone off the hook" in the top line indicating an ongoing call and in the bottom line icon indicating that you can mute the microphone...?

How many handsets do you have?

Try to disconnect everything...

Base: power supply and telephone.
Handset: remove the batteries

If this handset is connected to a box, also cut the power to the box for a good minute.

Then, restore everything to service

Hello,

I unplugged everything last night and plugged it back in this morning.

No change.

Dead?

Is the phone connected to a box?

If so, have you turned it off for a good minute?

This device is indicating that it is currently on a call... pressing the "Hang up" button does nothing?

Yes, but when I press this button it puts it on mute.
Thank you.
